Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown on the website are in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable Value-Added Tax when required.

Shipping, delivery, insurance, handling, installation, assembly, or other additional charges are shown separately when applicable.

If a pricing, tax, discount, or product-information error is discovered, we may contact you before processing the order. You may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund of any amount already paid for the affected item.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that Ten4tech has accepted it. An order is subject to verification of:

Fraud and security checks

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable inventory, incorrect information, payment issues, suspected fraud, technical errors, or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Ten4tech will never request your complete password, PIN, or one-time password through an unsolicited message.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be delivered using third-party services such as Lalamove, LBC, or another available courier.

Delivery schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, traffic, courier operations, holidays, address issues, security restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, recipient name, barangay, city or municipality, province, and postal code.

Additional fees caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, repeated delivery attempt, special handling request, or customer-requested change may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

Please inspect the package upon delivery when reasonably possible. Report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products promptly and retain the packaging, photographs, videos, receipts, and delivery documents needed for assessment.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs, and replacements are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Our published return period does not remove any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products.

A change of mind does not automatically entitle a customer to a return or refund unless Ten4tech expressly agrees or applicable law requires it.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.

9. Warranty and Support

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product, manufacturer, distributor, and warranty terms shown on the product page or warranty documentation.

Warranty claims are subject to evaluation. 11. Custom-Built Computers and Special Orders

Custom-built computers, specially sourced products, configured systems, and business orders may require customer approval, a deposit, or full payment before procurement or assembly begins.
