At Ten4tech, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good working condition. This policy applies subject to applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Eligible concerns

Please contact us promptly if:

The product arrived damaged.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is incomplete or missing an included accessory.

Depending on the assessment and applicable warranty, the available remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund.

How to request assistance

Please provide:

Your name and order number
Proof of purchase
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the product, packaging, serial number, and issue

Keep the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and included items while your request is being reviewed.

Inspection and approval

Returned products may be inspected before a repair, replacement, or refund is approved. Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repair, or customer mishandling may not qualify, subject to applicable law and warranty terms.

Change-of-mind returns

Returns due only to a change of mind, ordering the wrong specification, or finding a lower price elsewhere may not be accepted when the product has no defect.

Software and digital products

Activated, redeemed, registered, downloaded, or delivered software licenses generally cannot be returned due to their digital nature. However, please contact us if the license is invalid, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Ten4tech.
